Weather
Please come prepared for the elements. The Keystone Classic will be played rain or shine, there is no scheduled rain date for the event.
In the event that weather prevents play or results in a shortened round, the golf shop at Omni Bedford Springs Resort will issue rain checks equivalent to the unused portion of play.
Golf Carts
The use of a shared golf cart is included in your entry fee for Monday’s tournament round. Players may also walk if they choose, as the use of a cart is not mandatory.
Cancellations & Refunds
All registrations are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another player. Please notify us in advance so pairings and tournament details can be updated accordingly.
Lodging (Optional)
A number of guest rooms will be available at Omni Bedford Springs Resort for the evening of Sunday, September 20, 2026.
Players interested in staying at the resort the night prior to the event will receive booking details after registration.
Practice Round
Players interested in arriving early may have the opportunity to play the Old Course at Bedford Springs on Sunday afternoon, September 20, 2026.
Additional details regarding availability and price will be shared with registered participants closer to the event date.
